Every loaf, pastry, and pantry staple at Rise & Grind Nutrition is crafted from whole ingredients — no shortcuts, no artificial anything, just honest food that fuels your day the way it should.
"The kind of bakery that makes you slow down and actually taste your food again."
Rise & Grind Nutrition was born in Calera from a simple frustration — the gap between what people *want* to eat and what they can actually find at their local grocer. Most shelves are stocked with processed convenience. We chose a different path.
Today, our kitchen bakes sourdough loaves before dawn, our display cases hold pastries made from scratch each morning, and our pantry shelves carry only the whole-food ingredients we'd serve our own families. No preservatives. No fillers. Just food that does what food is supposed to do.
Everything we sell is either baked in our kitchen or hand-selected from suppliers we trust. Here's what you'll find when you walk through our doors.
Long-fermented loaves, rustic focaccia, and daily rotating specialties — all baked before sunrise.
Buttery croissants, flaky danishes, and seasonal fruit tarts — made from scratch every morning.
Organic grains, raw nuts, cold-pressed oils, and clean-label staples for the intentional cook.
From birthday cakes to wedding tiers — crafted to order with real ingredients and real care.
Fresh-squeezed juices, functional smoothies, and nutrient-rich drinks — made daily, never bottled days ahead.
Supporting Oklahoma producers — raw honey, small-batch jams, artisan cheeses, and seasonal goods.
We believe that eating well shouldn't require a trip to three different stores or a chemistry degree to decode a label. Everything on our shelves and out of our oven passes a simple test: would we serve this to our own families?
"The sourdough here changed how my family eats breakfast. We used to grab whatever was on the shelf — now we actually look forward to morning. The staff remembers our names and our orders."
"I ordered a custom cake for my daughter's birthday and it was absolutely stunning — and every layer tasted incredible. You can tell they actually care about what they're making, not just turning out product."
"Finally, a place in Calera where I can grab groceries without reading a label backwards. The pantry section alone is worth the drive — everything is clean, simple, and actually tastes like food."
